How do I know when my order is arriving?
All orders ship in 10 days. Your order confirmation will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at check out. You may also view your order status by logging into My Account.
How do I estimate the cost of a repair?
Please contact email@example.com and we will provide you with a Service Request Form to fill out. Once received, we will reply with the cost estimate information for your requested repairs.
How do I send my jewelry in for repair?
To send in your jewelry for repair, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your Service Request Form. If you already have your Service Request Form, please place your jewelry securely in a parcel and insure it for the value of the items you are sending in for repair. After we receive your parcel and your request is processed, we will contact you with an estimate before proceeding with any repairs.
How do I return my online order?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return your unworn jewelry within 30 days of the original invoice date.

How do I resize my order?
KMF Jewelry can be customized for a minimal alteration fee. Because resizing is done by our artisans, the lead-time can be approximately 1 to 3 weeks. Depending on the complexity of the alteration, it may require additional time. Our customer care team will be happy to assist you please email email@example.com.
